I have been going to this midas for over 20 years. Kyle was the manager there and I have trusted them since that time. He has since retired and Nick is there now. He was very helpful when my car was making noises and found out what it was and fixed it. Kyle was very helpful too. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there.

hello,I wanted to leave a review for the Midas shop on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston, Rhode Island. I wanted my car to be looked at because I wanted an objective inspection of my car based on issues I was having such as a break noise problem and an oil burning smell on a 2025 vehicle. I brought it here because I have always had great service there and I’ve never had a problem with any repairs they’ve ever done. It took them no more than approximately15 to 20 minutes to drive the car to verify that there was a left front brake issue and, putting it up on the lift, they found a very small oil leak The dealership said they could not find though they could verify the smell.. I know repair shops get a bad rap in general, but these guys know what they’re doing. There’s one guy there, I won’t mention his name, who has been there 30+ years. So that should tell you how it’s managed when you’ve got employees that have been there that long. In any event, they’re great and I will certainly trust them with any non-warranty repairs or inspections in the future, as I have in the past. Just a great group of guys who listen to your concerns and then get about trying to resolve them. They did a

I went in today to get an inspection and the staff were so friendly and thorough regarding issues to my car. It’s never fun finding unexpected issues, but they were able to fix them all on the spot to get me a passing inspection. I felt comfortable by how knowledgeable they were and the consistent text updates. Thanks for fixing up my car!

I had a great experience at Midas thanks to Karen and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, Karen was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained. The team worked efficiently and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. They were honest about what my car needed and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done quickly, and my car is running perfectly now. It’s clear that Karen and her staff truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy service! 2020 honda pilot
